Inflammation can be very tricky to manage as it's typically stemming from multiple problems in your life & body - improper nutrition, antibiotics, prescription & OTC drugs, inadequate sleep, lack of hydration, being sedentary and everyone's favorite - S T R E S S. Many doctors and health coaches are familiar with inflammation & understand how problematic it is but unfortunately don't take the right approach to treating it!
